LAUREN
Studio Lead

Lauren studied Design at UTS and now leads SERV’s creative studio, managing projects from strategy and design through to development and launch. She works closely with clients and the internal team to ensure every site is seamless, on brand, and built to perform.
Her last meal on Earth would be: Shiromaru Motoaji Ramen with all of the toppings, umami egg, bamboo shoots, roasted nori and Ajikiku. Followed by gelato.

Kashish has always been a numbers person. With over 15 years of Financial Accounting experience he brings Checks and Balances in the business as well as provide valuable financial insights.
When Kash is not crunching numbers, you’ll find him on his motorbike on a twisty road.

Amelia began her career in events before swapping seating charts for restaurants and finding her home in hospitality marketing. With a Master’s in Marketing from UTS and nearly 4 years’ experience across Sydney’s best restaurants and luxury hotels, she’s all about strong relationships and seamless campaigns. Part strategist, part storyteller - all fuelled by good food and strong coffee.

Based in Melbourne, Alaysha is a multidisciplinary designer with a passion for creating thoughtful, engaging design across packaging, digital, and illustration. With experience spanning brand identity, web design, and print, she brings a keen eye for detail and a love of storytelling through visuals. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her illustrating, exploring Melbourne’s dining scene, or heading out for a run around the park.

BRENTON

Brenton has a passion for creating accessible, beautiful web applications, bringing over 10 years of understanding customer experience, design, photography, illustration, and a love for colour. Outside of writing code and building websites, Brenton loves working on creative projects with friends or taking care of his MANY plants.

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including nearly a decade in management roles—such as 5 years as Restaurant Manager at Lotus Dining—he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. After transitioning into marketing, he honed his skills as a freelancer before joining a health and supplement company in Australia for the past 2 years. Gian Luca holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management. When not at work, you'll find him on the basketball court, cooking, or discovering new restaurants.

You’ll often find our Chief Snack Officer snoozing under the desk, basking in the sun, or demanding cuddles from colleagues. Being a foodie is a must when working at SERV. and nothing gets Cairo’s tail wagging like hearing the fridge door open. Outside of the office, Cairo can be found on a long walk or checking out Sydney’s best dog friendly restaurants.
His last meal on earth would be: A KFC chicken bone found somewhere on George Street.
Kaitlin

Kaitlin started her marketing career as a freelancer, working across a range of industries. After partnering with a few hospitality clients, she quickly realised this was where she thrived, creative, fast-paced, and all about crafting great guest experiences. When she’s not crafting campaigns, you’ll find her swimming at the beach, playing piano, or hopping between cafés and wine bars in the name of “market research” for her Sydney foodie account.
Kaitlin is drawn to Marketing because she gets to help brands shape their world and share it in a way that resonates.

Tamika began her career in Public Relations before moving into marketing for a café franchise, gaining experience in the food and hospitality space. She holds a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations.
Between roles she travelled the world as an International Flight Attendant.

Combining her marketing experience with her appreciation for global cuisines, she wishes to help restaurants share their stories, flavours, and concepts with the wider community.
