The Company

SERV. Agency is a restaurant marketing & branding agency. Our clients are restaurants, bars and wedding venues all over Australia.

Our successful model means we're expanding rapidly, and we're seeking designers with an appetite to grow and help power exciting restaurant brands.

Primarily based in Sydney and Melbourne, we are a team of around 20 performance and creative marketers. We're a fast-growing agency, with ambitious plans, and our culture is based on performance and creating fantastic outcomes for our clients.

The Role

Design websites for a range of brands within hospitality, from a local pizza chain to a celebrity chef driven hatted restaurant.

Your credentials

You'll need to demonstrate expertise in graphic design, website design and already have a burgeoning portfolio of hospitality brands. This is not a junior position, success in the role is being able to consistently produce wow factor and have a strong understanding of the hospitality scene.

Office location and flexibility

Applicants will be required to work at least 4 days per week from our office in Sydney (we have an express lift direct into the food court in Westfield!) with some flexibility. Work from home privileges are based on autonomy.  

The Pay

As a Website Designer your base salary will be $85k + incentives + super.

As a Senior Website Designer your base salary will be $110k + incentives + super.
